Jennie Laar

Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer,

Jennie joined e.l.f. Beauty in 2022. A global sales and merchandising expert with over 25+ years’ experience in beauty and retail, Jennie was most recently at Forma Brands, where she was Senior Vice President, Global Wholesale. During her tenure, Jennie elevated the organization’s capabilities as the business evolved from one brand to a multi-brand portfolio. She was instrumental in developing the strategy and execution, growing Morphe into a multi-million dollar wholesale business. Prior to Forma Brands, she served as the Vice President, Sales & Merchandising at Bare Escentuals. She also spent over 9 years at The Body Shop focused on Global Product Management and Merchandising. Jennie holds a B.A. in Modern European Studies from Nottingham Trent University.

Fanny Xu

Vice President, General Manager, China Operations, e.l.f. Beauty

Fanny joined e.l.f. Beauty in 2014. In her current role, she oversees China office operations including production planning, logistics, new product development, purchasing, quality and R&D. Fanny joined e.l.f. Beauty from Mary Kay Trading (Shanghai) where she was General Manager. Prior to that, Fanny was at Johnson & Johnson Medical as the Associate Supply Chain Director, Greater China. Before this, she was a sales manager at Holly, an iron and steel company headquartered in Hong Kong. She started her career at Swallow Cosmetics, a Japanese hair-care company. Fanny holds a B.A. in International Business from Shanghai University and an M.B.A. from Shanghai Financial and Economics University and Webster University.

Josh Franks

Senior Vice President, Operations, e.l.f. Beauty

Josh joined e.l.f. Beauty in 2020, bringing 20 years of operations and supply chain experience. Prior to e.l.f. he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Lyrical Foods, makers of innovative plant based dairy substitutes under the Kite-Hill brand. Before Lyrical, Josh was Vice President of Operations at Raybern foods, a vertically integrated frozen food manufacturer. Prior to that, he spent 7 years with Del Monte Foods in supply chain positions of increasing responsibility. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University.

Rich Baruch

Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, e.l.f. Beauty

Rich joined e.l.f. Beauty in 2014. Prior to e.l.f., he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Schiff Nutrition (NYSE:SHF), where he worked with leading brands including Airborne and MegaRed. Before Schiff, he was Vice President, Category Advisory Services at Coca-Cola Refreshments, a division of The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to this, Rich was President and Chief Operating Officer of Cotn’Wash Inc., a laundry products company. He also spent 14 years in leadership roles at The Clorox Company. Rich began his career at Procter & Gamble. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Milsten

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief People Officer, e.l.f. Beauty

Scott joined e.l.f. Beauty in 2014 and became our Chief People Officer in 2016. At e.l.f., he is responsible for all aspects of the legal and human resources functions. Before e.l.f., Scott served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Schiff Nutrition (NYSE: SHF), where he led two acquisitions and the sale process to Reckitt Benckiser. Prior to that, Scott was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Celera Corporation (Nasdaq: CRA). Scott began his career practicing corporate law with the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in English from Duke University.

Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, e.l.f. Beauty & President, Keys Soulcare

Kory joined e.l.f. Beauty in 2019 to lead the brand transformation for e.l.f. Cosmetics. Aligning consumer insights, brand superpowers and strong partnerships, she has already blown past industry benchmarks and broken records on new digital platforms and is now focused on e.l.f. Beauty’s strategic portfolio expansion, including the creation of Keys Soulcare, a new Lifestyle Beauty Brand with Alicia Keys. A true beauty maven, Kory started her career at Puig and LVMH, then spent 18 years at Shiseido building a variety of prestige brands across multiple categories. She earned a Master of Professional Studies, Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing & Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, e.l.f. Beauty

Mandy joined e.l.f. Beauty in 2019 with over 16 years of finance experience, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer of BevMo!, the number one retailer of alcoholic beverages on the West Coast. At BevMo!, Mandy was responsible for overseeing accounting, risk management, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and merchandise planning. Prior to this, Mandy held positions of increasing responsibility at Albertsons Companies LLC, a grocery company. Mandy began her retail finance career at The Gap, Inc., after working in equity capital markets at J.P. Morgan. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University of Bloomington’s Kelley School of Business.

Tarang has served in his current role at e.l.f. Beauty since 2014. He has more than 25 years of consumer products experience building brands, leading innovation, and assembling high performance teams. Previously, Tarang served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Schiff Nutrition (NYSE:SHF) where he grew enterprise value from $190 million to $1.5 billion with leading brands such as Airborne and MegaRed. Prior to Schiff, Tarang served as Vice President, General Manager of The Clorox Company’s $1.7 billion Litter, Food and Charcoal businesses. He began his career at Procter & Gamble where he held various management positions. Tarang earned his B.A. in international policy and M.B.A. from Duke University.
