At e.l.f. Beauty, our packaging does more than protect our products, it brings our brands to life, showcases our cruelty-free formulas, and connects with our community in ways that feel uniquely e.l.f.
Our sustainable packaging strategy is guided by the idea that the most sustainable packaging is the packaging we never make in the first place. So we’re always looking for ways to use less, choose better and rethink the rest. That means cutting excess, picking materials with purpose and scaling solutions that help lower our footprint without messing with the magic.

From product formulas to fulfillment, water flows through nearly every part of our business. As we continue to grow, we’re embracing new opportunities to understand and manage our water usage.
In FY 2025, while we used more water overall in our business due to increased growth, our water use decreased on a revenue intensity basis, which means we used less water per dollar of revenue than in prior years.
